- Can I sign up for Starter or Pro during beta?
- Not yet as a self-serve checkout flow. Paid plans will open with billing when we exit public beta. During beta, Starter and Pro are shown for planning purposes, and teams that need higher limits or commercial onboarding can reach out at [email protected].
- When does beta end?
- We do not have a fixed date. We will announce the launch schedule once we have validated the product with enough real workloads. Reach out to [email protected] if you need higher limits, procurement help, or early commercial planning before launch.
- How does the delivery log retention work?
- Delivery logs older than your plan's retention window are automatically purged. The retention period applies to delivery attempt records including response status, latency, and error details.
- What happens when I exceed the Free tier limit?
- Additional messages are rejected with a 429 status until the next monthly reset. If you need higher limits during beta, contact us and we can discuss an early-access arrangement.
