Common questions
Can I sign up for Starter or Pro during beta?
Not yet. Paid plans will open with billing when we exit public beta. During beta only the Free tier is available — Starter and Pro are shown on this page for reference so you can plan ahead.
When does beta end?
We do not have a fixed date. We will announce the launch schedule once we have validated the product with enough real workloads. Reach out to [email protected] if you need early access to higher limits.
How does the delivery log retention work?
Delivery logs older than your plan's retention window are automatically purged. The retention period applies to delivery attempt records including response status, latency, and error details.
What happens when I exceed the Free tier limit?
Additional messages are rejected with a 429 status until the next monthly reset. If you need higher limits during beta, contact us and we can discuss an early-access arrangement.
